Ingredients
1 cup All Purpose Flour
2/3 cups Corn Meal
1/4 cup White Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 cup Milk
1 Egg
24 Mini Hotdogs (Hillshire Farms Lil` Beef Franks)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until the batter forms.
Lightly coat the mini hotdogs with some white flour and shake off the excess.
Insert a small skewer through each of the mini hot dogs.
Dip each into the batter and place directly into the fryer that has been preheated to 350F.
Fry for approx. 2-3 minutes or until a nice golden brown.
Remove the the oil and allow to cool for a minute or two. Enjoy!
