  1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until the batter forms.

  2. Lightly coat the mini hotdogs with some white flour and shake off the excess.

  3. Insert a small skewer through each of the mini hot dogs.

  4. Dip each into the batter and place directly into the fryer that has been preheated to 350F.
  5. Fry for approx. 2-3 minutes or until a nice golden brown.
  6. Remove the the oil and allow to cool for a minute or two. Enjoy!
