Description

Here's a great recipe to make smash burgers on your own from home. The ground beef starts out in ball form and is then "smashed" onto the flattop to take the shape of a patty. This gives you an unbelievable crust full of flavor that you usually can't get on a grill. Add in onions, bacon, American cheese, and some homemade sauce, and you'll have one of the best, soon to be World Famous, burgers you've ever put in your mouth.
