Description

This Remoulade sauce is great for dipping crab cakes, fries, alligator, shrimp, chicken fingers, and just about anything else you can think of!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Horseradish (Prepared)
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice (About half a lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay
  • 1 teaspoon Dill Pickle Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic (Grated)
  • 1 dash Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly. 

  2. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.
