Using leftover ham, hashbrowns, and stuffing from our holiday dinner, we put together this amazing breakfast skillet. Added some red peppers and garlic, topped with an egg and finished off in the smoker. This stuff is amazing!
Reheat the hashbrowns until brown and crispy.
Reheat the ham on the flattop.
Sauté the red pepper and garlic together.
Layer the ingredients into a cast iron pan. Hashbrowns, stuffing, ham, glaze, cheese, egg, and black pepper.
Preheat the smoker to 300F and cook the skillet(s) until the egg whites set up. Approx. 30 minutes.
