Deep fried, mint Oreo's, covered with powdered sugar and Hershey's chocolate syrup. The best thing about this recipe is you don't need to make a batter mixture. Instead you'll use crescent sheets that taste just as good as any batter, and no mess! This one's a hit, and Santa's favorite cookie. So be sure to leave these out for him!
Check out the video below for complete instructions!
Preheat the deep fryer to 350F
Roll out the crescent sheet onto the counter and place the Oreo's, evenly spaced, on top of the dough.
Using a scraper or similar, cut the sheet into squares around each Oreo.
Fold over each of the 4 corners around the Oreo's and press the crescent dough to seal any open seams.
Place the Oreo's into the deep fryer and fry for about 1 minute or until the edges start to brown.
The Oreo's will sink at first but then quickly start to float. If an air pocket forms, stab it with a fork begore flipping over to brown the other side.
Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Enjoy!
