Description

Here's the viral Crab Rangoon wontons making it's round on social media sites like TikTok. This recipe uses crab, cream cheese, green onions, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic to create Crab Rangoon's better than any restaurant!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound Crab Meat (Real or Imitation)
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 4 Green Onion Feathers
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • To Taste Salt & Pepper
  • 24 Wonton Wraps
  • 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
Instructions
  1. Combine the cream cheese, green onions, sesame oil, Worcestershire, garlic, and salt & pepper into a mixing bowl.

  2. Rough chop the crab meat and combine with the cream cheese mixture.

  3. Moisten the Wonton wrap with a small amount of water using your finger.

  4. Scoop a small amount if the crab mixture onto the center of the Wonton wrap. Grab 2 opposite corners of the wrap and bring together over the top of the crab mixture. Pinch to seal. Repeat from the remaining 2 corners, and pinch to seal all edges.

  5. In the preheated to 350F fryer, place the Crab Rangoons in the oil for approximately 3 minutes, or until golden brown. Do not leave in to long or the cheese will start coming out of the wraps.
