Peel the bananas and place in large mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients into the bowl, reserving half of the chocolate chips for a later step.
Mix all ingredients well ensuring the bananas have turned into a nice creamy mixture.
Transfer the mixer to a baking dish that has been sprayed with some nonstick oil.
Spread the mixture evenly and top with the remaining chocolate chips.
Place the baking dish in a preheated grill or oven at 350F. Bake until an inserted toothpick pulls out cleanly.
Remove from the grill/oven and allow to cool for about 30 minutes.
Slice into squares, and enjoy!
