A simple smoked bone marrow recipe with only salt, pepper, and granulated garlic. Simple, quick, mouth watering. This stuff is truly the butter of the Gods.
Preheat the smoker to 250F.
Place the bone marrow on a cooking sheet if the are cut into rings. Otherwise the marrow will fall out of the bottom of the bone. If they are cut lengthwise you can place them directly on the grates if you so desire.
Season with salt, pepper, and granulated garlic, and place in the smoker for 1 hour.
Slice the bread and toast on the grill for a few minutes.
Pull the bone marrow after 1 hour in the smoker and enjoy! You can eat it straight from the bone or spread it on the grilled bread.
