Ingredients
  • 3 cups Self Rising Flour
  • 1/4 cup White Sugar
  • 1 Bottle of Beer
Instructions
  1. Thoroughly mix the flour, sugar, and beer in a large bowl.

  2. Place the mixture into a lightly greased loaf pan.

  3. Place the loaf pan in the grill or oven, preheated at 350F.

  4. Cook for 45 minutes and check for doneness with a toothpick or skewer by piercing in the center of the loaf. If it comes out clean, then the bread is done. If there is some dough stuck to the skewer, let it cook for another 5-8 minutes and check again.

  5. Let cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes.

    Slice and enjoy!
