The perfect recipe for the Christmas and Easter holidays, or any day of the year! We smoke an already smoked and spiral cut ham that's we season with some sweet BBQ rub. The last 30 minutes we apply a sweet and spicy, cherry, bourbon, and Sriracha glaze that puts this ham over the top!
Apply a thin amount of yellow mustard over the ham to act as a binder for the rub.
Apply the BBQ rub thoroughly over the mustard binder.
Place the ham into a foil pan and put in the smoker preheated at 275F.
Combine all of the ingredients for the glaze into a pot, and simmer for 10-15 on the stove, place in the smoker with the ham for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
After the internal temperature of the ham reaches ~140F, generously apply the glaze and let it run for another 30 minutes in the smoker.
Remove from the smoke, slice and enjoy!
